Jashaan Gill has made his dreams a reality.
The young man from Oldbury headlined New York Fashion Week, where more than 2,000 people saw his show and all of his fantastic fashion creations from his brand ‘Jheez’.
Jheez was born after he managed to get work experience at a local garment factory to learn his craft of making clothes.
His bedroom eventually turned into a stockroom for his clothing line and his creations have since been seen in GQ magazine.
Jashaan was the first British Asian of Punjabi heritage to show in New York, and started his career in his early years whilst he was still at school… all from his bedroom in Oldbury!
Taking his brand stateside, he showcased an array of tracksuits, t-shirts and urban wear for men and women from all different backgrounds.
Congratulations on all of your success Jashaan.
