8 Market Place has been awarded a grant from Historic England through the Wednesbury High Street Heritage Action Zone to fund a shop front restoration scheme. This is the first property to have been awarded a grant through the scheme. It was highly competitive. The new shopfront will be based on historic photographs of the shop (See Above). Works are due to commence mid-July.
