Dawn Addis works for Sandwell Council as a HR Delivery Manager for schools.
Dawn is volunteering at the Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnastics competitions being held at Arena Birmingham.
She was involved in recruiting volunteers for the Games and says she met so many new people from a variety of backgrounds and heard many inspiring stories.
Dawn will also be helping England Netball in their Fan Zone “Have a Go” area, to encourage people to take part in netball-based activities to attract new people to the sport.
