Johanna Falknor, who works for Sandwell Council, is volunteering as a Commonwealth Collective Team Member.
Johanna is a Local Neighbourhood Assistant in Rowley Regis.
She’ll be checking in paid staff and volunteers, making sure they have the correct uniform and issuing them with meal vouchers and water.
